Concrete is poured with expansion joints to allow concrete pads to expand and contract during freeze-thaw cycles. Without a concrete expansion joint your sidewalk or driveway would crack. We can remove old sealant and worn out felt and as well as any old foam backer rod that is beneath the sealant. After the joint is cleaned, backer rod is replaced and a self-leveling sealant is used.
